iGig Gig Bags

Vuyani first heard about the iGig gig bags while attending the 2009 Winter Namm show in Anaheim, California.  Vuyani was attending the Namm show as an artist for Essential Sound Products, and Jay Leno Show bassist Derrick "Dock" Murdock (who also endorses Essential Sound Products Music Cord) suggested that Vuyani should visit the iGig booth and see the gig bags for himself.   Unfortunately, the opportunity to visit iGig did not materialize.

However, when Vuyani returned to Chicago after the Namm show, he began corresponding with iGig and ordered his own G515 iGig gig bag.  Once the bag arrived, Vuyani was most impressed by its innovative design, the workmanship, as well as its functionality.  The gig bag was desinged to store and protect a laptop, as well as an iPod (with headphone access for when the bag is being carried).  The bass compartment was extremely well padded, with a padding system for the bass neck that included some velcro restraints.  The bag has many handles - some are on the sides, one is on top, and one is at the bottom.  In addition to that, it has enough pockets to carry Vuyani's music, effects, cords, etc.  Basically, this bag is the most functional gig bag Vuyani has ever owned - and it looks good too!  iGig also makes a gig bag to fit two electric basses.
