Nashville, otherwise known as Music City, was once again host of the Summer Namm Show. The show was held from June 20 - 22nd, 2008 at the Nashville Convention Center. This show is the smaller of the two bi-annual music manufacturer's trade shows. The other show is held every January in Anaheim, California. Michael Griffin, president of Essential Sound Products (E.S.P.), invited Vuyani to attend the 2008 Summer Namm Show with the Essential Sound Products staff. Vuyani's primary responsibility was to convey the benefits of using Essential Sound Products power cords from a working musician's experience to the musicians that would be visiting the Essential Sound Products booth. Bassist Quintin Berry Learns About E.S.P.'s Products From E.S.P. President Micheal Griffin Renowned bassist Quintin Berry, fresh from his tour of Afghanistan with his band, The Ugli Stick, stopped by Essential Sound Products booth to check out the company's products. After using the company's products, Quintin became an endorser of Essential Sound Products' line of power cords. Vuyani Wakaba, Bill Leigh & Michael Griffin Among some of the notable visitors to the E.S.P. booth was Bass Player Magazine Editor-In-Chief Bill Leigh. Other guys that dropped by included Chaka Khan music director and bassist Andrew Gouché, bassists Bill Dickens, Gary Wilkins, Victor Wooten and Steve Bailey.
