KSM Foundation Bass Bridge Endorsement |

 KSM Foundation Bass Bridge
During the 2010 Winter Namm show in Anaheim, California, Vuyani Wakaba was approached by a representative of KSM Guitars and asked to check out their new Foundation bass bridge. Vuyani was intreagued by the design and construction of the bridge. It was made of aluminum....and appeared to be well designed for many years of noiseless use. Along with the representative of KSM Guitars was one of their endorsing artists - John "Big Pocket" Hart, a top L.A. session bassist who happens to be a friend of Vuyani's. John Hart happened to be carrying a fretless Fender Jazz Bass that is identical to Vuyani's. However, John's fretless had the KSM Foundation bridge on it. John graciously offered Vuyani a chance to play his fretless. Vuyani liked playing John's fretless bass enough that he asked KSM to send him a Foundation bridge for his bass. The appearance of the aluminum KSM Foundation bridge looked stunning on Vuyani's freltess jazz bass! In addition, the bass was capable of a much more clear articulation than Vuyani expected. The bass also had a remarkable improvement in sustain. As a result, Vuyani has agreed to endorse KSM Foundation bridges, and will be installing another KSM Foundation bridge on his fretted Fender Jazz Bass as well.
