Bass Night Poster - Three Rivers, Michigan

On December 9th, 2010, a bass event was held in Three Rivers, Michigan - near Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Vuyani Wakaba was invited to be one of four bass players, along with their bands, to perform for the night.  On the bill was Tim Brouhard from Kalamazoo, Michigan; Vuyani Wakaba from Chicago; Jauqo III-X from Chicago; and Bill Clements from Kalamazoo, Michigan.

The concert was held at The Riviera Theater, a wonderfully restored 370 seat theater in the heart of Three Rivers, Michigan.  The audio engineers were excellent, as was their equipment.  The level of the musicianship was excellent!  Vuyani and his band were very well received by both the audience, as well as by the other musicians..  This warm welcome made the three hour drive home through the snow well worth the effort!
